Services and pricing approach
Two processing tiers with different data-location commitments. Volume subscriptions for ongoing needs. Pricing by quotation — we size engagements to the dataset, not a fixed rate card.
Choose the data-location commitment that fits your requirements
Both tiers deliver the same quality of output. The difference is where the AI processing happens.
EU-Only (Tier A)
Default & Recommended- ✓All AI processing on EU-pinned endpoints
- ✓No data sent outside the European Union
- ✓Compliant with standard EU data-processing agreements
- ✓Non-EU AI sub-processors are blocked
- ✓Suitable for clients with strict data-residency requirements
- ✓Human quality review included in all outputs
Standard (Tier B)
Requires Explicit Consent- ✓May involve AI sub-processors outside the EU
- ✓Additional AI models may be offered after contractual, privacy and security approval and, where applicable, customer agreement
- ✓Requires separate, explicit written consent per engagement
- ✓Consent, consent text, and timestamp logged for audit
- ✓Same human quality review included in all outputs
- ✓Sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy
How we price engagements
We don't use bold rate cards. Pricing reflects dataset volumes, complexity, turnaround, tier-levels and subscription period.
Sample analysis
Free
Up to 25 line items. One per organisation as a fit assessment. Includes a production quotation.
Per-project
By quotation
One-off screening of a defined dataset. Priced on volume and turnaround. Quoted after your sample.
Volume subscription
By quotation
Ongoing screening capacity for suppliers, shipowners /-managers, procurement teams and IHM service providers, billed against agreed monthly volumes.
Indicative worked example — illustrative only
A shipowner with a 2,000-line procurement export for 350 suppliers, runs a free 25-item sample, confirms fit, then commissions a one-off production screen of the full dataset on Tier A (EU-Only). The output identifies the items requiring SDoC/MD follow-ups, the procurement team can focus on supplier outreach instead of contacting all 350 suppliers for 2.000 items. Figures here are illustrative.
