Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can submit up to 25 line items at no charge and with no obligation. We use it to demonstrate the capability of this tool, show you the differences it makes to your daily work, and prepare a quotation for integration into your processes.
Only two fields per row: the supplier name and the item description. Buyer identity, pricing, quantities, and contact details are never read or forwarded to any AI model.
Uploaded files are stored and processed on infrastructure located in the European Union and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Under Tier A (EU-Only), AI processing also stays on EU-pinned endpoints.
Tier A (EU-Only) keeps all AI processing inside the EU and blocks non-EU sub-processors. Tier B (Standard) may use non-EU AI sub-processors, but only with your separate, explicit, logged consent. Additional AI models may be offered after contractual, privacy and security approval and, where applicable, customer agreement. Tier A is the default.
No. The tool tells you which items are likely to need an SDoC or Material Declaration so you can prioritise requests. It does not produce or replace those documents, and it is decision-support rather than a compliance approval.
Each classification result includes a confidence level. This gives users a clear indication of the reliability of the result and helps them prioritise items that may require additional verification, supporting a proportionate and risk-based quality review process.
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv), up to 10 MB. Macro-enabled workbooks (.xlsm and similar) are rejected for security reasons.
