How the IHM Categorization Tool works
A five-step workflow combining automated screening, AI-assisted classification, and competent human review — from raw procurement data to prioritised documentation list.
Prepare Order List
Prepare your order items in an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. At a minimum, the file must include the supplier name and article name for each item. For a sample analysis, please submit no more than 25 order items. .
Submit
Fill in the request form, select processing tier (default "EU-Only"), upload your file, and confirm you're authorized.
Extraction & AI-Assisted Classification
Tool extracts supplier name and item description—no other data—and the AI model assesses each item against IHM-relevancy criteria to label it as: RELEVANT, NOT RELEVANT, ADDITIONAL, or REQUIRES HUMAN REVIEW.
Competent Human Quality Review
IHM Professional reviews classifications to confirm, adjust, or reclassify each item and adds notes where relevant. Quality assurance: no output is released without this review.
Receive Your Analysis
Line-by-line classification with reasoning (if required) sent to you by email within 1–2 working days, including a quotation for service integration.
This analysis is produced with AI-assisted screening and competent human review. It is decision-support and does not constitute final compliance approval. The client remains responsible for their IHM obligations.
